This edition commemorates the 30th Anniversary of G-Shock’s partnership with I.C.E.R.C., which started with the release of the DW-6100DW-9 in 1994.

This year’s trio of watches have a white and gold color scheme to represent summer and the anniversary celebration. They feature new artwork by Hitomi Arata, with thirty types of whales and dolphins, that adorns the bands and packaging. The bezels and bands are made of bio-based resins, and the packaging is made of recycled cardboard and includes a cotton drawstring bag.

The GMD-W5601K-7JR is a compact GMD-W5600 model featuring Tough Solar power and Multi-Band 6 automatic radio time adjustment. A dolphin image appears on the LED backlight. The GMD-W5600 has been used exclusively for I.C.E.R.C collaborations so far, starting in 2023.
